Shipping policy

We ship same day or next day for most orders. The cost of shipping is determined during checkout based on the quantity purchased. The more rolls you purchase, the less per roll you pay. Large orders will ship on a pallet, small orders will ship with FedEx Ground.

Deliveries on pallets to residential addresses will require an appointment by the carrier. All pallet deliveries must be inspected before accepting the shipment. If there is damage to the material or missing product, you must note this with the driver. If you do not note damage or missing product, then we cannot file a claim on your behalf.

Shipping addresses can be different from the billing address, but we will need to call to verify the order for security reasons. This helps reduce fraud and keep our prices low!
