All orders placed through our site ship for a simple flat rate $50 via the best carrier possible for the shipment (UPS, FedEx, or common LTL carrier) to the main 48 US states. We do not ship via express services at this time. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska. We can’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon ET. Orders you place with late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Most orders arrive in 3 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon ET.


Most orders will ship same day or next day from one of our 4 warehouses for delivery to our customers within 3 business days. Other less common products like Quilted Fiberglass MLV, Foil/Scrim Faced MLV, and Aluminum Faced MLV will occasionally carry longer lead times because they ship from only one centrally located warehouse. Inventory is not guaranteed and should be confirmed prior to ordering if lead time is crucial.


We accept returns of unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the manufacturer's packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. A restock fee of 20% will apply. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.


Please email us to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping address and help you setup shipping if necessary. Please include the original packing slip with your return and the RMA # we provide should be written on the outside of the return box used for shipping. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for to process your return.


We accept all forms of credit card through our online checkout process. Add your products to your shopping cart, initiate a checkout, and complete your order online for the fastest service. You may also elect to pay by check, but your order will not ship until the check has been received, deposited, and cleared by our bank.


You can enter any applicable coupon codes to the 'Apply Discount Code' box found at the bottom of your shopping cart. Apply the coupon code before beginning the checkout process.

Unfortunately, yes, we do charge sales tax in a handful of states. However, we reduce the amount assessed, depending on the state, to help minimize the tax burden for our customers. Add your products to cart and select your delivery state to see if we collect sales tax for orders shipped to your state.
